Location: Remote (Worldwide / Flexible Schedule) Eligibility: Open to all registered Needool members with an active account Key Responsibilities: - Promote Needool across social media, creator communities, professional networks, and local businesses. - Onboard skilled individuals, service providers, and businesses to showcase their offerings globally. - Strategically advocate for Yearly Plans to maximize user value and dramatically boost your commission pay-outs. - Educate prospective creators and brands on the platform's visibility and growth benefits. Commission & Earning Structure: - Standard Lifetime Commission (10%): You earn a guaranteed 10% on every subscription and ongoing renewal for life from anyone who joins using your link. - Exclusive Marketer’s Tier (+10% Bonus): Hit 50 or more new paid sign-ups in a calendar month to unlock an extra 10% marketing bonus on all new paid subscriptions acquired that month (totalling 20% rewards). - Target Rules: The bonus activates at 50+ new paid subscriptions within the month. Below 50, you still retain your standard 10% lifetime referral earnings. The monthly performance counter resets on the 1st of each month. - If you can onboard at least 50 individual or business accounts that subscribe to the yearly plan in a month, you would earn between $300 - $600 for 50 onboarded accounts for that month. The more you onboard, the more you would earn. Requirements: - An active Needool account. - Passion for marketing, social selling, influencer outreach, or business development. - Self-motivated mindset with a drive to surpass monthly performance milestones.
