We are seeking a Junior Product Designer to assist in building user flows, wireframes, and design systems for web and mobile banking interfaces. Location: Remote (Global) Experience Level: Junior (1 year or a solid project based portfolio) Key Responsibilities: - Create high fidelity mock-ups, responsive components, and prototypes in Figma. - Participate in weekly user research sessions and synthesize user feedback into actionable redesigns. - Maintain our unified design system alongside senior front-end engineers. Requirements: - Proven portfolio demonstrating UI design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, grid systems). - Proficiency in Figma and basic understanding of design handoff tokens. - Good verbal communication skills for presenting design decisions. Compensation: $8,400 – $12,000 / year (Contract to hire)
