Bake, ice, and decorate celebration cakes, artisan bread, cupcakes, and snacks for walk-in and bespoke order customers. Key Responsibilities: - Weigh, mix, and bake sponge, fruit, and red velvet cakes cleanly. - Pipe buttercream, roll fondant, and create custom hand-crafted cake toppers. - Ensure the bakery showcase remains stocked with fresh meat pies, sausage rolls, and donuts. Requirements: - Demonstrated baking portfolio/photos of previous cake designs. - Ability to work fast under tight deadlines for weekend events. Experience Level: 1–2 years practical baking experience Compensation: ₦100,000 / month.
